Mizuno Golf-Technical Representative

Responsible for conducting Demo Days / Fitting Days on a periodic basis throughout the year at the request of MIZUNO. During Demo Days / Fitting Days, the Tech Repwill be responsible for conducting the Demo Day / Fitting Day to educate customers and consumers about Mizuno golf products and fit those customers or consumers for golf products using the Mizuno Performance Fitting System.

The Tech Rep Employee  will conduct Demo Days at assigned golf courses and pro shops.

The Technical Representative will perform specific tasks like the following:

• In order to conduct a proper Demo Day / Fitting Day, the Tech Repmust thoroughly familiarize himself or herself with the MIZUNO Product Presentation Guide, undergo training of the MIZUNO Performance Fitting System and pass a MIZUNO Fitting Test.
• Review/qualify all orders received by customers and consumers to MIZUNO Territory Manager, ensuring proper specs are received and orders placed by accounts or MIZUNO Territory Manager.
• Detailed site visit recaps will be required immediately following the Demo Day / Fitting Day. Forms must be completed and sent to MIZUNO Territory Manager.
• Must be able to set up Demo Tent and deliver all Demo / Fitting products on site as requested.
• Resolve customer or consumer questions / problems as needed
• Process requests for returns and repairs through MIZUNO Territory Manager.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all MIZUNO USA’s Golf product line.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to pay particular attention to detail
• Club fitting expertise a plus
• Retail or pro shop experience a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Must be able to lift and move 50+ lbs of equipment
• Must have vehicle capable of transporting gear
• Must be able to stand 4+ hours
• Willing to drive 1+ hours
