Job OverviewTravel Pet Insurance Sales Associate. Property & Casualty License required. Up to 75% travel in the Denver area. Fetch offers a wide portfolio of products and partnerships to help pets receive the best care, including Fetch Health Forecast and collaborations with Project Street Vet and animal no-kill shelters across North America. We are seeking a Travel Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team.
Successful candidates are goal-oriented, self-starters, focused on converting opportunities into sales, and committed to delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will help pet owners understand the value of protecting their pets with comprehensive pet insurance and will customize solutions to meet customer needs.
- Willing to travel, up to 75% in the Denver area
- Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly, trusted advisor to sell pet insurance policies at partner locations
- Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch and demonstrate understanding of Fetch and competitor pet health insurance products
- Turn prospects into loyal clients and repeat customers
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications (calls and emails) to full completion
- Track daily progress against goals to maximize the uncapped commission plan
- Accurately recording prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM
- Establish productive professional relationships with key personnel at partner locations to assist in meeting performance objectives monthly
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new business
- Communicate with peers to identify challenges and successes
- Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as required
- Manage expense budgets and submit reports monthly
- Manage all administrative tasks relative to the partnership
- Maintain Fetch’s commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to travel to shelters across the country; some travel may be regional or national
- Ability to structure your work week during peak hours (Friday–Sunday)
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment (state requirements apply)
- 3–5 years in an animal care or sales role; self-starter
- Passion for prospecting new sales opportunities; comfortable speaking with people face-to-face and on the phone
- Familiar with animal health or animal welfare a plus
- Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced sales cycle
- Proven success in consultative, solution-focused relationship-building
- Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to understand Fetch customers’ needs
- Willingness to travel to industry events as required
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and ability to apply innovative ideas and critical thinking
- Exhibits excellent business judgment

- Pay range: $75,000 - $100,000+ full-time
- Potential for additional bonuses; eligible for company bonus plans
