Account Manager

PDM is hiring Account Managers to join our growing in-office sales team in Denver. We’re open to a range of backgrounds — but we’re especially looking for candidates with sales experience, familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to communicate professionally via email and social selling.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and distribution partners
• Work leads through the full sales cycle — from quote to close
• Use CRM tools to manage opportunities, log activities, and track pipeline progress
• Communicate effectively via email, Linked In, and in-person outreach
• Travel to customer meetings, job sites, and trade shows (~30%)
• Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to ensure customer success

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management
• Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
• Confident with written communication and social media (Linked In outreach, etc.)
• Excellent follow-up habits and attention to detail
• Eager to learn about electrical equipment and power projects — no technical degree required
• Open to travel up to 30%
