• Engage prospective members through studio tours, phone calls, and outreach to explain Stretch Lab services and membership options
• Drive sales by converting leads into members and hitting monthly sales goals
• Manage the front desk, including greeting members, scheduling sessions, and maintaining an organized and professional studio environment
• Support promotional events and community marketing initiatives to generate new leads
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with the studio team to meet performance goals and deliver an exceptional client experience

• Sales experience preferred, ideally in fitness, wellness, or hospitality
• Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-focused approach
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with sales calls, handling objections, and closing memberships
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Passionate about health, wellness, and helping people improve their quality of life
