Neuro Sales Representative - Denver North

The Neuroscience Sales Representative (NSR) plays a critical role in meeting or exceeding sales expectations within the assigned geography in a compliant, ethical manner.

Job Responsibilities- Drive sales performance by calling on primary care HCP offices and select PC targets within the territory, both in person and virtually.
- Build superior product and disease‑state knowledge, engaging healthcare professionals in clinical dialogue and supporting on‑label prescribing.
- Effectively manage the assigned budget to achieve territory objectives, customizing discussions based on customer needs.
- Operate independently with sales proficiency to meet or exceed forecasts, budgets, and therapeutic expectations.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of the local market, evolving customers, and key influencers, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
- Provide input into resource allocation decisions and identify appropriate programs for each customer or system.
- Deliver special education to healthcare providers within ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with the District Manager and stakeholders to develop a local business plan and capitalize on formulary approvals.
- Work with Neuroscience Sales Specialist‑II’s to share best practices.
- Maintain accurate administrative records of work hours, sales calls, customer objectives, and reporting.
- Achieve all NSR deliverables and complete required training within set timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
- 1+ years of documented B2B sales success; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales is preferred.
- Experience selling antipsychotic or bipolar products is a plus.
- Strong desire to improve patient and caregiver outcomes; patient‑centric mindset.
- High integrity and adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
- Self‑motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong decision‑making judgment.
- Track record of learning and adapting to evolving environments, such as during Covid‑19.
- Agility in a changing telemedicine/virtual landscape.
- Analytical skills to assess progress, diagnose issues, and identify opportunities.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
- Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences.
- Capacity for meetings outside normal working hours and occasional overnight travel.
- Some domestic travel to headquarters, training, and sales meetings may be required.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
