Responsibilities
  • Be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory.
  • Work with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
  • Develop strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives aligned to territory and account level goals.
  • Facilitate the execution of business plans that impact multiple accounts and gain buy-in on responsibilities.
  • Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives using KPIs, scaling of successes, and business problem solving.
  • Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business or life sciences preferred.
  • 2-3+ years demonstrated sales experience in specialty with a successful track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  • HIV experience preferred, not required.
  • Driven/motivated for growth in role/position.
Desired Requirements
  • Product launch experience.
  • 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience in HIV, diabetes, cardiovascular and/or specialty areas (e.g., immunology, oncology).
  • Strong analytical and computer skills.
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
Compensation

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $140,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
