The Residential Sales Consultant closes residential HVAC and water heater sales through customer education and presentations, using traditional lead‑generation techniques and internal pipelines.

• Present HVAC and water heater products and services to new and existing customers.
• Use a consultative sales approach focused on customer retention and satisfaction.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and referrals, initiating calls to generate sales.
• Collaborate with the technical team onsite to promote a 100% customer satisfaction experience.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, service methods, systems, and technology.

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior sales experience, especially direct selling to consumers.
• Strong selling and business development skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain concepts to varied audiences.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high‑quality, customer‑focused service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Consistent positive attendance record.
• Availability for flexible hours and on‑call shifts as needed.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and navigate attics, basements, and crawl spaces to assess HVAC units and take measurements.

Base salary $90,000 – $120,000 USD.
