Denver - Inside Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support outside sales representatives with pricing requests, quotes, and proposal preparation
• Coordinate with operations, carriers, and internal teams to gather rate information and service details
• Assist with onboarding new customers, including documentation and system setup
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer activity notes
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and route leads appropriately
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and follow-up communications
• Help identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, inside sales, or a related support role
• Basic understanding of international freight concepts (ocean, air, customs) preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, service-driven approach
