Overview

Compensation

The base pay range is $50,000.00/yr - $/yr. This range is provided by The Bill Lampe Group Inc.. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Additional compensation types include Annual Bonus and Commission.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking life insurance products, focusing more on client interactions and less on lead hunting.
  • Client Consultation:
    Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position products effectively.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (licensing support provided).
