At Vivax Pros, our sales coordinators are part of the first step in helping our customers make their home improvement vision a reality. Project qualifiers work with homeowners through inbound and outbound calls, identifying the customer’s needs, and ensuring that the Vivax Pros commitment aligns with their expectations before scheduling an appointment for our sales team to meet with the homeowner.

Salary:
Base + commission -- you can expect to earn up to $55,000 your first year

• Turn leads into qualified appointments for the sales team, including appointment scheduling
• Utilize salesmanship, problem solving, and clear communication to overcome customer objections
• Provide excellent customer service by educating homeowners about Vivax processes, products, and benefits as compared to other painting companies
• Meet and exceed weekly benchmarks/goals and drive metrics

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with an emphasis on listening, encouragement, and persistence
• Ambition, motivation, and self-discipline must be a go-getter with GRIT
• High energy with a competitive spirit and desire to win
• Highly organized
• A desire to drive marketing through sales metrics
• Aptitude for quickly building rapport over the phone
• Familiarity with Google Suite
• Experience with Salesforce, File Maker, or other Contact Management Platforms is a plus but not required
