About the RoleWe’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Denver, CO (North). The position focuses on expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more.
CompensationPay: $70,000 – $400,000+ Total Compensation (Uncapped commission with no market restrictions + base salary)
Primary Responsibilities- Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.
- Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- New business development and client acquisition/account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how Equipment Share solves their problems.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from Equipment Share. Keep them up‑to‑date on new ways Equipment Share can help improve their business.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
