Position: NetSuite Sales Account Manager - Santa Monica

Net Suite Sales Account Manager – Santa Monica / Denver

Join Oracle Net Suite as a Sales Account Manager to help customers adopt and expand our cloud-based ERP suite. Founded in 1998, Oracle Net Suite delivers a single system that gives leaders a complete view into their business.

The role requires 3 days per week in office in Santa Monica, CA or Denver, CO.

Responsibilities
  • Upsell and cross‑sell business application solutions within an existing base of Net Suite clients.
  • Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly quota objectives.
  • Drive pipeline velocity activities, including customer references, complete quotes and contract preparation and execution.
  • Network internally with Net Suite peers/leadership, value‑added teams, marketing and enablement to increase sales performance.
  • Work to improve overall customer happiness within assigned accounts.
  • Analyze customers’ business needs, identify strategic partnership opportunities, and develop strategies to ensure growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Lead and close strategic sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and sustain ongoing business relationships with clients.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of SaaS/Technology sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Top‑producer status on company revenue lists.
  • Strong work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication for results.
  • Able to translate technology solutions into tangible customer value.
  • Responsive, adaptable, and 100 % passionate about ownership and outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: $56,100 – $89,700 per year (plus commission and potential equity).
