We are the Leaders in Home Improvement.
Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time position offers 100% commission, W-2 with benefits, with earnings typically between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; other days involve scheduled appointments via email, conducted from home. Territories extend up to 2 hours around your zip code.
This role provides pre-set, pre-confirmed appointments with customers who have contacted Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products. This is not door-to-door sales.
