Sales manager

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will oversee all sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with customers to promote our products and services.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new products and promotions
• Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations to stay competitive in the market
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and budgets to upper management
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
