Location: Remote, prefer Mountain Time Zone
Job Type: Part Time – 10-15 hours per week - afternoons
Salary: $18-$20 per hour (based on experience) rate plus bonus-1099 staff
Reports To: Allstate Financial Services - Business owner/manager
Equipment: PC and cell phone provided

We’re seeking a persuasive, energetic, and goal-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our brand—connecting with potential customers, introducing products or services, and driving interest and setting appointments through engaging conversations. If you thrive on communication and love the thrill working remotely and managing your own schedule, this position is for you.
- Make outbound calls to Allstate customers using provided leads (warm calls)
- Present products or services clearly and confidently to generate interest
- Answer questions, handle objections, and provide accurate information
- Record customer responses and update CRM systems with call outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
