What you’ll be doing- Be the face of the company – first point of contact with customers; become a product expert and a consultant to businesses across a wide range of industries.
- Consult businesses that have signed up to the platform to convert them into paying customers; provide top-notch customer service and help improve the product based on feedback.
- Become a product expert and influence product direction based on client demands and needs.
- Own the full sales cycle and manage your own account pipeline; contribute to the team’s pipeline.
- Be the company’s eyes – understand our clients better than anyone.
- Collaborate across departments to share information and drive results.
- Demonstrate initiative, independence, and ownership.
- Working hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.
- At least 1.5 years of Account Executive sales experience in SaaS.
- Strong track record of quota attainment.
- Strong customer relations skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization.
- Self-learner, autodidact, and highly independent.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience with CRM and project management tools.
- Energetic, positive, and motivated – required.
- Team player with strong communications skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Hungry to make a true impact and grow with us.
- Ability to work remotely from Monday to Friday – required.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
Salary range: 140K-160K OTE.
