Employment Type: 1099 Contractor | Full-Time

Compensation: 100% Commission | $120K+ OTE

• Outgoing, driven, and mentally tough?
• Motivated by performance-based income?
• Open to evenings/weekends when needed?
• Coachable, growth-oriented, and eager to improve?
• Physically able to safely climb roofs?
• Based in or near the Denver Metro Area
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Able to walk long distances and access rooftops
• Experience in roofing, solar, pest control, or home services is a plus (not required)
