• Making high-volume outbound calls
• Driving conversations with confidence and urgency
• Setting quality appointments for our outside sales team
• Competing against goals — and getting paid for results

• You’re money-motivated and goal-obsessed
• You like competition, scoreboards, and winning
• You take ownership of your performance
• You bring energy, focus, and consistency every day
• Sales or phone experience helps — but drive matters most (We train hustle, not excuses)

• $18/hr base pay
• Multiple performance-based bonus structures
• Average reps earn $22–$35/hr
• Top performers earn $35–$50/hr+
• Performance review after 30 days — earn more, faster
