Candidatemust live in the sales territory
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the overall relationship and management of day‑to‑day sales activities toward cabinet and furniture manufacturers, and residential and commercial woodworkers within his/her territory. You will engage in structured consultative sales discussions, both in person and virtually, ultimately serving as a business advisor to your customers.
What We Are Looking For- Experience in sales, optimally outside sales within the building materials or construction industries
- Eager to learn, with a passion for providing solutions to customers and a drive to achieve successful sales growth
- Knowledge or experience within building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc.
- Highly motivated, self‑directed, able to manage time and responsibilities, and organize and scuba
- Proficient use of our CRM program to track daily activity, plan and optimize sales calls, and follow Dus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily responsibilities and tasks
- Independent, reliable transportation (as the position requires regular automobile travel in the field);uteurs and voluntary physical tasks
- May require occasional lifting or moving of objects up to 50 lbs.
- Total annual earnings (base pay + commission + bonus) potential for the first 1–2 years is estimated at approximately $75,000–110 immise; no cap on commissions; total earnings will likely increase over time.
