We are Enduro Sat! A fast‑growing space scale‑up at the forefront of satellite innovation, specializing in advanced software‑flexible satellites for commercial, governmental, and scientific endeavors.
What is the role?As an exceptional business development professional you will execute Enduro Sat’s Space Services sales strategy in the US, targeting established medium to large space companies that serve as prime contractors or direct suppliers to both commercial and government markets. This includes actively engaging with key industry players in the commercial space sector and companies supporting NASA, the Space Development Agency, and others.
Success in this role requires deep collaboration within the US space ecosystem to cultivate long‑term opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Location:
Denver, Colorado. The position is primarily on‑site at the office, with occasional travel to industry conferences and visiting customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain beneficial business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within defined timelines.
- Coordinate commercial efforts across teams and other Enduro Sat departments.
- Keep informed about space industry trends, space capabilities, and best practices.
- Participate in various industry conferences showcasing Enduro Sat’s newest products.
- Successfully align proposed solutions and products with customer needs.
- Maintain high integrity at all times and be an exemplary company representative.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the commercial space industry.
- Wide network of professional connections.
- Proven track record of delivering results and meeting expectations.
- Previous experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally in the US and internationally.
- Based in the Denver or Washington DC areas, or willing to relocate to either.
- Deep knowledge of purchase processes, RFP procedures, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Wide network of space industry contacts and professional connections in the aerospace sector.

Salary range: $140,000 - $210,000 per year, plus an incentive‑based commission structure. The state of Colorado requires listing salary details. The salary will likely be within this range although it may differ based on experience level or other factors.
