The Corporate Accounts Director (CAD) is a results driven role focused on the development and execution of growth‑based partnerships and contracts in targeted strategic accounts. Leveraging extensive medical industry expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking, the Corporate Accounts Director will collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure the successful growth of all Bioventus products to the designated Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), healthcare systems, and GPOs.

- Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate accounts sales strategy that aligns with Bioventus’ business objectives and drives growth. Lead and inspire internal and external customer teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations. - Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers within the designated strategic accounts. Identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities, and tailor committed solutions that address their specific needs and requirements. Provide full account leadership and direction in responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs. - Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation, contract management, and value‑based selling. Lead cross‑functional efforts to deliver solutions that meet the evolving demands of national accounts. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Collaborate and build synergistic relationships closely with Bioventus Field Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other cross functional partners to ensure strong strategic account execution. Lead and manage contract implementation and pull‑through efforts while partnering with key internal stakeholders. - Negotiation and Contracts:
Lead negotiations for agreements and contracts with designated strategic accounts. Working with appropriate business cross functional stakeholders ensuring favorable terms while maintaining a win‑win partnership approach. - Customer Satisfaction:
Act as a primary point of contact for designated strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional internal and external customer satisfaction by building trust, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining open lines of communication. - Market Awareness and Insights:
Through key customer relationships and market resources monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats. Leverage insights to adapt and refine sales strategies for sustained growth. - Sales Performance Tracking:
Maintain a tracking and reporting system to monitor progress and success against targets, identify areas for improvement, and communicate performance metrics to cross functional stakeholders and leadership.
- Education:
BA/BS required; MBA preferred. - Strategic Influence:
Proven ability to engage and drive systemic change within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). - Experience:
Minimum 10 years working in healthcare supply chain or equivalent, with a deep understanding of IDN structures, decision‑making processes, and contracting strategies. - Industry Knowledge:
Comprehensive knowledge of the medical device industry, evolving payer/provider dynamics, and IDN‑driven market trends. - Contracting Expertise:
Demonstrated success in negotiating GPO & IDN contracts. - Collaboration:
Solution‑oriented team player with a sense of urgency and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives that align with IDN objectives. - Skills:
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for influencing IDN stakeholders and executive leadership.
