Western Insurance Specialists in Denver is a full-service Allstate agency looking for professional, enthusiastic, self‑motivated, customer‑focused Licensed Insurance Sales Professionals. The right candidate will generate sales, service existing customers, target new customers, perform cross‑sales, make outgoing follow‑up calls, prospect, build referral relationships and answer incoming calls and process policy changes as needed.

P&C License Required (Min Personal Lines). Strong sales experience a plus. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Allstate experience a plus. Candidates must be professional, customer‑focused, organized, self‑motivated, reliable, have a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
