- Proven success in a consultative, solution‑selling environment within the tech industry, particularly in SaaS or cloud
- Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Team‑first mindset with high integrity and eagerness to contribute to a supportive culture
