Inside Sales Representative - Property and Casualty; Primarily

• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
• Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their circumstances
• Verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history
• Follow up on outbound leads to encourage sales and customer engagement
• Service existing customer policies and handle policy changes as needed

• Must have or prepare to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 2 months of employment
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Prior experience in sales or customer service within the insurance industry
• Ability to multi-task efficiently with speed and accuracy
