Now we’re looking for someone like
** you** — curious, coachable, and excited to kickstart your career in tech sales — to join our Sales team as a
** Cloud Generation Specialist (CGS)**.###  Why This Role Rocks:

As a Cloud Generation Specialist, you’re not just dialing numbers — you’re opening doors.  You’ll be the first point of contact between Pax8 and future partners, helping them discover just how game-changing our platform really is. You’ll help set up meetings that lead to real results and
** bring 15 new partners onto the Pax8 platform
** each month. You’re building the foundation of the Pax8 growth engine — and that’s no small thing.###  What You’ll Do Every Day:
* Jump on calls, emails, and social media to connect with IT businesses (yep, you’ll be busy — think 70+ calls a day).
* Talk to potential partners about all things Pax8, and set up intro meetings with our Cloud Development team.
* Manage leads, update Salesforce like a boss, and celebrate every “yes” (and learn from the “no’s”).
* Be a sponge — soaking up knowledge in our sales training program that’s second to none.###  Within Your First Year, You’ll:
** Within 30 Days:
*** Get certified in Pax8's platform and tools.
* Complete sales training and role-playing sessions with peers.
* Understand our Cloud Marketplace and how we empower IT providers.
** Within 90 Days:
*** Consistently hit call targets and set high-quality appointments.
* Bring on at least 15 new partners monthly.
* Build a strong relationship with your team and mentor.
** Within 6-12 Months:
*** Master outbound prospecting techniques.
* Be on track for promotion to Channel Development Representative or another internal growth path.
* Know your impact by seeing the partners you recruited thrive on our platform.
* Have built your reputation as a sales pro — with uncapped earning potential ahead.###  What You Need to Thrive:
* A can-do attitude and a love for learning new things (seriously, that’s the main thing).
* Confidence making high-volume calls while staying authentic and upbeat.
* Clear communication — especially when writing emails or pitching over the phone.
* Social media savvy (Linked In is your friend).
* Passion for sales and tech — even if you’re just getting started.

Compensation:
Qualified candidates will earn a base salary of $42,900.00 plus commissions for On Target Earnings of $55,000.00#LI-SO1#LI-Hybrid Evergreen post for upcoming hiring push
