We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to serve as the primary link between our outside sales team and internal support teams, including Pricing, Purchasing, Local Branches, and Project Services. This role ensures timely, accurate, and professional service to both our sales force and customers, supporting company growth and strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Support Staff member, you will:

  • Adapt to additional duties/responsibilities as position evolves
  • Define gaps, inefficiencies or risks and addresses them before they become issues
  • Own and manage tasks through completion, to ensure high quality outcomes
  • Act as the main point of communication between sales and internal teams.
  • Enter and manage sales orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and optimize margins.
  • Provide superior customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Support the Director of Pricing in executing annual sales plans and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate any delays or issues proactively.
  • Assist in developing accounts by researching opportunities and preparing quotations.
  • Participate in company meetings and contribute to internal communications.
  • Ability to perform mathematic calculations quickly and accurately
  • Open minded problem solving
  • P21 proficiency preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with basic technology tools and systems.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred.
