The Outside Sales team member will work independently, under the direction of the Operations Manager at Boyer Sales & Service, to generate sales from existing customers as well as bringing in new customers.

• Face to face customer interactions:
  End-Users, Contractors, Engineers, Wholesalers
• Promote all company offered product lines, per customer and project needs, or as directed by management
• Receive and review customer inquiries for products and service
  • Inquiries will occur via phone, email and in-person conversations.
• Send all information to the Inside Sales to be quoted.
• Track all customer visits and outgoing quotes for follow-up.
• Troubleshooting over the phone and in person for pumps and equipment as may be required.
• Expand our customer base to help drive sales.
• Provide all relevant information and photos for service-related jobs to the service team.
• Any reasonable request by management.

• High School Diploma - or the equivalent
• Mechanically inclined.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Steady work history
• Ability to work in a team
• Positive communication skills
• Stand up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.

  Daily travel to the field, which may include overnights as needed for longer distances from main office.

  Full time 1st shift 8:00am-5:00pm Monday
