AboutThe Role
Hightouch is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating top‑of‑the‑funnel leads and building foundational processes and strategies for the commercial sales team. You will be outbounding to engineers, marketers, and operations teams, so we are looking for someone who is highly intelligent and able to connect with multiple audiences.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Outreach directly into prospective agents that fit our ideal persona via cold calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, Linked In campaigns and other methods.
- Work with the growth team to research and craft personalized outreach to-ẹ target accounts.
- Find creative methods, channels, and strategies Bewert to guide prospects to our free trial.
- Help define and improve sales processes, strategies, tactics, and more as part of our growing SDR team hér.
- Be tasked with a goal and expected to execute against it on a monthly basis.
- Live in Slack and monitor for new sign‑ups, engaging them directly to schedule meetings with the sales org and customer.
- Self‑starter with the ability to self‑motivate in a high‑growth start‑up.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience engaging customers and prospects.
- Interest in tech, and more specifically data.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.

CompensationThe salary range for this role is $70,000 annual salary with a $30,000 annual commission opportunity, which is location independent. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, early exercise rights, and a 10‑year post‑termination exercise window Général.
