Manager, Homeowner Sales

Zero Homes is hiring a sales leader to build and manage a high‑performing team of home advisors who deliver an outstanding customer experience using our digital sales platform. The role leads the digital (remote) consultative sales process, creating customized system designs and quotes while guiding homeowners through all‑electric upgrades that match their needs.

Base Pay Range

$/yr - $/yr

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of sales success with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly targets, iterating sales processes, and packaging offers.
  • Sales leadership experience, including mentoring or training junior reps.
  • Comfort with technology and digital tools, including CRM systems, remote design software, and virtual communication platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build trust with homeowners.
  • Excellent organization and time management, with strong follow‑through and CRM discipline.
  • Confident presenter and storyteller, comfortable in 1:1 consultations or group settings.
  • High attention to detail, a curious mindset, and a drive to find tailored, high‑performance solutions for every customer.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with HVAC design, particularly technical design for heat pumps.
  • Multilingual communication skills, especially Spanish, to support a broader range of homeowners and partners.
  • Experience with utility programs, rebates, or incentive structures for heat pumps and home energy upgrades.
  • Background in energy efficiency, building science, or home performance (e.g., HERS rater, BPI certification).
  • Previous experience selling to or through contractors, utilities, or city programs.
  • Comfort working in a startup or fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Knowledge of home electrification technologies beyond HVAC, such as heat pump water heaters, EV chargers, or smart panels.
