District MOD Sales Manager – Can be located anywhere in the Central West District
KONE invites experienced sales leaders to manage the Central West District as a District MOD Sales Manager. This role oversees sales strategy, customer engagement, and performance for the modernisation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop KONE’s market position and customer base.
- Drive proactive engagement and solution selling across customer segments.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision makers, new targets, and influencers.
- Promote KONE digital offerings and cross‑sell all solutions.
- Create and execute District and individual sales plans (ISPs).
- Analyze market and customer data to inform sales planning and pricing.
- Lead the sales process, ensuring accurate CRM data, opportunity management, and reporting.
- Set sales targets based on market potential and unit guidelines.
- Coach and develop the sales team, fostering teamwork, performance, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with the AME Modernisation team for process improvement and data analysis.
- 7+ years of technical sales and sales leadership experience (service or technical sales).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong consultative selling methodology and knowledge of customer purchasing strategies.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross‑functional teams locally and remotely.
- Results‑driven, comfortable with numbers, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and inspirational leadership skills.

The compensation package will depend on experience and location. Competitive base salaries and variable bonus plans are offered.
