What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Prospect into State, Local, and Education organizations while running an efficient sales process
  • Maintain, build, and own specific relationship maps for your territory, including existing relationships and aspirational contacts
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with SLED enterprises by selling value and ROI
  • Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory
  • Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3+ years closing experience (mix of field selling within mid-market or enterprise)
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding direct sales goals of $800k+ with an average deal size of $50k+
  • Experience in selling into state, local, and education organizations with the ability to win new logos
  • Ability to travel via auto, train, or air up to 50% of the time
  • Experience working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure, or similar preferred)
