Position: Business Development Representative

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid, 4 days in office - Friday remote)

Compensation: $70, + up to $130k OTE

This position performs true sales functions including working hand-in-hand with assigned AEs to develop territory plans and prioritize accounts, while working directly with senior sales leaders who invest in your development. Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with assigned AE(s) to develop territory plans and prioritize accounts.
  • Schedule and qualify high-quality meetings that lead to new business opportunities.
  • Provide detailed prospect notes, call summaries, and research insights to ensure AE readiness before each meeting.
  • Attend discovery and follow-up calls to learn and contribute to the sales process.
  • Conduct company and contact-level research using Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and Salesforce to tailor outreach.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant company news to personalize outreach.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities and results in Salesforce (SFDC).

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a similar outbound prospecting role (or internship experience).
  • Proven ability to cold call, write compelling outreach, and book meetings with C‑Suite and senior-level decision‑makers.
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement (Outreach), and Research Tools (Zoom Info, Linked In).
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a desire to grow into an Account Executive role.
