Field Marketer (Events & Canvassing) – Great Day Improvements
Join our team as a Field Marketer and showcase Champion Window product lines as a brand ambassador to potential clients at events, festivals, home shows, and canvassing locations.
As a Field Marketer, you will schedule appointments while canvassing, at home shows, festivals, or event locations as assigned. You may also demonstrate Champion Windows and Home‑Exterior products to prospects while at events.
Responsibilities- Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
- Door‑to‑door residential appointment setting.
- Maintain company standards for appearance and attire.
- Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace.
- Stay up‑to‑date with current product knowledge and promotions.
- Display professional time management and reliable availability.
- Schedule in‑home estimate appointments for the sales team.
- Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
- Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts.
- Utilize data entry on multiple mobile technologies.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Self‑motivated with a competitive spirit.
- Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours and walk for 4–8 hours.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Hourly Base Pay: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour plus commission.
High‑performing individuals can earn between $15–$19 per hour, with a weekly commission ranging between $750 and $1,500.
