Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow our Pacific Northwest region—covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Colorado, and Western Canada.
In this role, you’ll sell pressure‑sensitive label stock to printing and converting companies, supporting a market that powers nearly every consumer product and e‑commerce application.
This position will be based out of Denver.
Responsibilities- Territory Management:
Own and grow an assigned geographic region as the primary contact for customers. - New Business Development:
Prospect and acquire new accounts through research, outreach, and in‑field visits. - Full Cycle Sales:
Manage discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing. - Customer Engagement:
Conduct regular in‑person meetings, demos, and reviews. - Pipeline Management:
Forecast accurately and report activity via CRM. - Strategic Planning:
Segment accounts, plan routes, and maximize coverage. - Travel extensively (7‑10 overnights per month) to engage customers and expand market share.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3–5 years experience direct selling in industrial B2B environments with a proven track record in territory management.
- Strong hunter mentality—comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar).
- Successful Project Management and Business Development experience to help qualify new opportunities, Finance/Costing experience is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Green Bay Packaging Inc. offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits program. In addition to an ongoing training program, the selected candidate will receive a competitive salary, commissions, company car, and an excellent benefit program including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness program, STD/LTD, life insurance, and company matching 401(k).
Base Salary: $75,000–$100,000 (DOE). Potential commissions: $10,000 annually (paid quarterly). Potential bonus: $30,000 annually (paid in February). Company provided car or car allowance: $730/month + mileage at IRS guidelines. Relocation assistance provided for qualified candidates.
