Strategic Account Executive – Rockies Region

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive based in Denver to support expansion efforts and drive success in existing accounts—both in the office and in the field.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage and expand our internal customer base across South Texas. This role is relationship-first and growth-focused — ideal for someone who thrives on nurturing accounts, uncovering additional needs, and driving incremental value.

You will act as the bridge between Amplified’s technology and our clients’ evolving operational needs, ensuring that each relationship grows deeper and stronger over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and expand existing customer relationships to maximize account expansion.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within active accounts by deeply understanding operational challenges.
  • Develop field-specific growth plans tailored to each operator’s asset base, lifecycle stage, and field team dynamics.
  • Deliver consultative, field-driven solutions to enhance customer value beyond the initial deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams (including integration and support) to ensure customer satisfaction and solution scalability.
  • Maintain proactive engagement through regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and strategic planning sessions with customers.
  • Accurately forecast revenue growth from assigned accounts and maintain updated CRM records.
  • Represent Amplified Industries at field offices, operational meetings, and industry events.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales expansion roles, preferably in oil & gas or industrial technology sectors.
  • Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred but not required; relevant engineering or field experience welcomed.
  • Demonstrated success in growing internal account value — not just maintaining relationships but expanding them.
  • Familiarity or strong interest in field automation, AI, and oilfield production workflows.
  • Proven ability to align technical solutions with operational and economic goals at both field and leadership levels.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills, with a focus on long-term customer development.
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership over assigned accounts and territory growth goals.
  • Willingness to travel throughout South Texas and surrounding areas as needed to maintain and expand customer relationships.
