Territory Manager, Denver South, CO‑Medical Dermatology

The Sun Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and institutions that specialize in medical dermatology. The role requires developing and implementing territory business plans that achieve sales goals and objectives, coordinating with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field employees (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.)

to drive acceptance of promoted products in the assigned geography.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and expand the Sun dermatology product portfolio in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate and integrate with the HQ Commercial Team and field employees to optimize product acceptance.
  • Leverage CRM and sales data to monitor performance and drive strategic decisions.
  • Maintain timely call reporting, expense reporting, and promotional budget management.
Required Qualifications
  • Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt, and deliver results.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • 3+ years of medical dermatology sales experience.
  • Experience selling products in a complex market‑access environment.
  • Experience promoting high‑science products and product launch experience.
  • Experience selling in a highly competitive environment.
Personal Skills / Attributes

This individual must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic environment while maintaining focus on achieving territory business goals. The candidate should be highly motivated, professional, and capable of building trust with a matrix team. They must be transparent, ethical, and compliant in all activities, and be proficient at selling and presenting detailed scientific subject matter in a clear and understandable fashion.

Responsibilities / Decision‑Making Authority
  • Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Leverages CRM, sales data, and reports to drive strategy.
  • Takes responsibility for timely call and expense reporting.
  • Manages promotional budgets within the assigned territory.
  • Meets monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Supervision Received

Reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Interactions with Others

Interacts at multiple levels inside and outside the company. Tact, diplomacy, and a high level of professionalism are essential.
