Overview

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is an American Sports and Entertainment holding company based in Denver, Colorado. KSE delivers world‑class sports and entertainment experiences and owns Ball Arena, Denver Nuggets (NBA), Colorado Avalanche (NHL), the Colorado Mammoth (NLL), Colorado Rapids (MLS) and many other properties. The Inside Sales Representative role is located in Denver, CO.

Nature of Work

The Inside Sales Representative focuses on selling new full‑season tickets, partial season ticket plans, mini plans, group tickets, and premium seating through outbound touchpoints and face‑to‑face appointments. The Inside Sales program provides consistent training from the Nuggets leadership team and supports executives’ personal and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the sale of new full‑season tickets, partial season ticket plans, mini plans, group tickets & premium seating
  • Make a minimum of 90 touchpoints each day to generate new ticket revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities by establishing professional and personal networks
  • Proactively seek new leads through referrals, prospecting and networking
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and intangible goals
  • Conduct appointments with prospective clients
  • Provide phone support and follow‑up for ticket sales marketing campaigns
  • Maintain detailed records of clients and prospects in the CRM system
  • Staff sales tables at various games and events
  • Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
  • Normal office environment.
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching.
  • Occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Requires eye‑hand coordination and manual dexterity for keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
  • Requires normal hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
  • Requires mobility sufficient for travel.
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
    • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

  • Strong verbal and listening skills.
  • Strong desire to start a career in the sports sales industry.

  • Ability to acquire or maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $18.81/hr
