Victra is Verizon's largest retail partner. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales activities within our Total by Verizon locations. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met and fostering strong relationships with the Exclusive Retail sub-agents and store staff. YOUR FOCUS (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)- Primary point-of-contact for Exclusive Retail sub-agent business partners, admins & owners/operators.
- Collaborate with sub-agents to develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and targets to achieve or exceed sales quotas within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Exclusive Retail sub-agents and staff to ensure effective collaboration, support, and alignment of sales objectives.
- Conduct regular documented store visits to monitor sales activities, assess performance, and provide ongoing feedback, training and development opportunities.
- Drive the adoption of sales programs, promotions, and initiatives to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations for sales improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Director of Exclusive Retail & the ELT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, outside vendors and the TBV teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and market insights to effectively coach the sub-agents.
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications industry working with the dealer/sub-agent channel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
- Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Flexibility to travel up to 75% of the time within the assigned territory and work occasional evenings or weekends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Associates Degree with 3-5 years of retail management experience is also acceptable
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time (Unless accommodations are required/requested for an employee under the ADA)
- Up to 75%
