RoleSales & Project Manager
DescriptionThe Sales and Project Manager will be assigned to a specific sales territory and maintain current customer accounts as well as develop new accounts. They will represent RMS Crane & Rigging to obtain orders for commercial construction crane and rigging services, penetrate new clients and establish long-term relationships.

CompensationCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including health benefits, 401(k), paid vacation, company vehicle. Salary range:
Annual $95k to $110k DOE, with potential commissions on sales.
- Perform all responsibilities in a safe, legal, professional, and ethical manner.
- Execute the company services sales strategy mainly related to specialty rigging and crane services.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying and closing business opportunities.
- Maintain effective relationships with established customers.
- Conduct meetings with customers and prospects and provide effective presentations and written proposals.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of manufacturer product lines and industry trends.
- Establish a client base that supports a $4+MM per year revenue stream.
- Manage the transition from sales to execution on all closed opportunities and ensure branch team and customer are aligned.
- Undertake any other duties as designated.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable record of sales leadership experience.
- Three to five years of sales experience.
- Two to three years of experience as a sales manager.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress.
