Summary: The Sales and Project Manager will be assigned to a specific sales territory, maintain current customer accounts, and develop new accounts. They will represent RMS Crane & Rigging to secure orders for our commercial construction Crane and Rigging services, developing and penetrating new clients to establish long‑term relationships.

Salary Range: annually $95,000 to $110,000 DOE. Potential commissions on sales.
Responsibilities- Perform all responsibilities in a safe, legal, professional, and ethical manner.
- Execute the company services sales strategy mainly related to Specialty Rigging and Crane Services.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying and closing business opportunities.
- Maintain effective relationships with established customers.
- Conduct meetings with customers and prospects and provide effective presentations and written proposals.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of manufacturer product lines and industry trends.
- Establish a client base that supports a $4+MM/year revenue stream.
- Manage the transition from sales to execution on all closed opportunities and ensure branch team and customer are aligned on expectations.
- Undertake any other duties as designated.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or comparable record of sales leadership experience.
- Three to five years of sales experience.
- Two to three years of experience as a sales manager.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet sales goals by monitoring progress.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
