Inside Sales Representative (Full Time), Denver, CO

Leading distributor of door hardware, doors & frames, locksmithing tools, access control systems, video surveillance equipment, and related security products is seeking a full‑time employee for a Customer Service / Order Processing position.

Based in Denver, CO, the individual in this position is responsible for providing superior service for customers throughout Denver and surrounding states.

• Assisting customers by phone and in person (for walk‑in traffic/counter sales)
• Using the computer system to provide information on price and availability
• Order processing and related customer assistance, including special orders, promotions, returns, and related tasks
• Light warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)
• Manufacturer/vendor contact for factory orders
• Outbound customer calls to assist in growing the local business
• Excellent teamwork with branch staff to exceed customer expectations and support retention and growth goals

Key Working Relationships:
The successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager in Denver, CO and work closely with other staff members and the local Outside Sales representative.

• Must be self‑driven & hardworking
• 1 to 3 years Customer Service experience (distribution industry preferred)
• Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi‑task
• Team player
