Base pay range: $18.50/hr - $20.50/hr

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions help direct customers to store departments or merchandise, answer questions on product order status, handle cash management or program compliance, and support key operational responsibilities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

You must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. Demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns, and stay focused on store objectives. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
