Job Description

  • Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu.
  • Maintaining a perfect image according to company standards.
  • Knowing and demonstrating customer WOW steps:
  • Apologize
  • Give them what they want
  • Give them something extra
  • Counting pepperoni and ham on every order daily regardless of topping amount.
  • Ensuring pizzas are not cleared before ready to place in the oven.
  • Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery.
  • Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order—no exception.
  • Drivers may not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
  • No pocket knife or weapon may be carried while working.
  • Driver vehicles must be neat, clean, and presentable.
  • Drivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from delivery.
  • Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products.
  • Only proper procedures for products are allowed.
  • All drivers must have completed Safe Delivery CBT.
  • Every order is to be repeated for accuracy, and name and address confirmed.
  • Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
  • Ensuring food, labor, and service goals are within target.
  • Conducting P&L review with direct supervisor each month.
  • Working a minimum 50‑hour week with one day off and one on‑call day.
  • Ensuring all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards.
  • Ensuring all stores are staffed and training of all team members.
  • Repair and maintenance in all stores is maintained.
  • Implementing new products or ideas seamlessly.
  • Running all stores at a minimum 4‑star level.
  • Performing Self OERs in the first week of each period and making appropriate corrections.
  • Completing evaluations and raises as needed, with paperwork submitted to D.O.
  • Following through all assignments and ensuring reports and paperwork are turned in timely.
  • Ensuring all reports and paperwork at the store level are complete and accurate.
  • Knowing all product and operational standards.
  • Following all safety and security procedures; keeping equipment in working order.
  • Maintaining store budgets.
  • Preparing and delivering all school lunches within required standards.
  • Providing accurate and detailed accountability and ensuring a paper trail exists.
  • Ensuring all equipment is available and utilized correctly.
  • Performing inventory checks in each store each month.
  • Utilizing systems checklists, visit books, and ensuring they are in place.
