Key Responsibilities- Strategic Vision & Execution:
Develop seasonal strategy, line architecture, and pricing for your assigned category, collaborating with leadership to shape regional line architecture and assortment strategies. Establish regional pricing strategies, adhering to global guidelines, and optimize product offerings across diverse retail environments to meet market objectives. Development: - In‑Season Management:
Contribute to in‑season marketplace execution, manage capacity, and partner with regional planning to achieve financial targets. - Market Trend Analysis:
Continuously monitor consumer demand trends, leveraging insights to inform planning and assortment decisions. Conduct ad‑hoc reporting and analysis to support seasonal product strategy. - Regional Relevance:
Identify and champion regional relevance through special product initiatives and unique product offerings, defining assortments, segmentation, and customer‑specific programs in alignment with global functions. - Showroom Presentation:
Define product sets for regional showrooms to effectively showcase upcoming collections.
Provide critical feedback on product styles and line plans to global partners, ensuring local consumer needs are met. Develop consumer‑centric assortments aligned with category objectives at key Go‑To‑Market milestones.
