• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring our store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution: train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and ensure all store areas meet Floorset standards – from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments and replenishment, recognizing merchandising opportunities and collaborating with leadership to take action.
• Ensure the merchandising team maintains AEO Brand Standards and keeps the store looking fresh.
• Champion a culture of recognition, celebrate team wins, and prioritize guest experience.
• Maintain store safety standards, implement shrink‑reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
