Key Lead (Floor Supervisor, Part‑time)

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience by acting as a Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales.

• Work 12‑16 hours per week (flexible)
• Required Saturday and Sunday availability and certain holidays
• Hours may increase during peak time frames

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent (preferred)
• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
• Supervisor/managerial experience not required
• Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction
• Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness
• Adaptability/flexibility & stress tolerance
