Job Description

Coors Field is home to the MLB Colorado Rockies in Denver, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The Premium Runner/ Busser is responsible for keeping inventory of items, stocking, and cleaning/ clearing products and items to ensure business and customer needs are met.

Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently with little supervision and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made.

The ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required.

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

COMPENSATION:
The Hourly rate for this position is $19.00 to $20.75. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Assisting in inventory controls
• Assisting in putting food out on buffets and restocking on game days
• Assisting in cleanliness of the premium area
• Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and annotate when equipment is not operable
• Act appropriately to ensure the security of client and company assets
• TEAMWORK! Be flexible every day and ensure you are working with other staff members to achieve guest satisfaction and operational success.
• Assist other staff members with a positive attitude when you are not busy or when asked to help by management / supervisors.
• Know Aramark and Health Code standards and ensure that they are followed.
• Ensuring positive and thorough communication between front of house and back of house
• Daily side work including preparing sauces and condiments, setting up and breaking down the buffet
• Communicating guest needs to appropriate server if it is something that you cannot get yourself
• Assist with bussing/ cleaning up tables and buffet when necessary
• Fully set and breakdown the buffet dining areas for every event, setting appropriate utensils
• Keeping areas organized, clean, and neat
• Letting Supervisor know, in advance, of product and disposable needs
• Work shifts that are 6 – 10 hours in length
