At Walter’s303, the bar is where the funk meets the pour — but the role goes far beyond the bar.We’re looking for Front-of-House Allstars who can work the entire floor: full-service waitstaff, hospitality pros, and team players who jump in wherever the guest experience needs them. Yes, you’ll pour beer, mix cocktails, and know the draft list — but this is not a dedicated bartender position.

In this role, you’ll take tables, run food, connect with guests, support the bar, and help create the upbeat, funky, unforgettable atmosphere Walter’s303 is known for. If you bring great energy, genuine hospitality, and a love for both service and the craft beverage scene, you’ll fit right in.

• Greet and seat guests
• Present the menu and take customer orders
• Deliver orders to Dine In guests
• Pour Craft beer, mix cocktails, and fulfill non-alcoholic drink orders with precision and style
• Provide funky, positive energy to every guest interaction
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and flowing smoothly
• Work as part of the FOH All-Star team — no lone wolves here
• Upsell specials and promote our pizza, wings, and beer trifecta

• 1+ year waitstaff experience preferred
• 1+ yearbartending experience preferred
• Solid knowledge of beer and cocktails (bonus points for Colorado craft brews)
• Customer-focused, team-driven attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, funky environment
