Shift Manager - $20/hr-$22/hr free Meals, College Tuition Reimbursement, and Flexible Scheduling.

Position:
Shift Manager at McDonald's. Pay starts at $20/hr for shift managers, $21/hr for experienced shift managers, and $22/hr for overnight managers. Experience required.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. They plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.
