Job Description About UsAt Walter’s303, the bar is where the funk meets the pour. We’re looking for Bartenders who know their way around a draft list, can mix cocktails with flair, and bring hospitality vibes that make guests feel like family. This role isn’t just about drinks — it’s about creating an atmosphere that’s funky, fun, and unforgettable.
What You’ll Do- Craft beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and style
- Provide funky, positive energy to every guest interaction
- Keep the bar stocked, clean, and flowing smoothly
- Work as part of the FOH All-Star team — no lone wolves here
- Upsell specials and promote our pizza, wings, and beer trifecta
- 1+ year bartending experience preferred
- Solid knowledge of beer and cocktails (bonus points for Colorado craft brews)
- Customer-focused, team-driven attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, funky environment
